Maybe some of you have seen this before but it's new to me.You can't help but feel bad for the guy,I mean that's gotta be like waking up to a nightmare everyday.Just when you think that you have it bad...

There is one after a first surgery. Just search Dede the tree man. The rare genetic condition is caused because of a lack in the immune system to fight off the warts from growing out of control. The story says because of a documentary on him, a doctor has got involved that thinks he can help by giving Dede daily doses of Vitamin A which is known for fighting off warts in extreme HPV cases.

I feel for him, it's very unfortunate. I hope the doctor can help him have a more fruitful life, especially with his kids.

Its easy to judge from your position, but I think it'd be unreasonable to expect someone to live with that if they didn't have to.

Well, I say families should stick together in times of need rather than bailing on each other. And yes, it is easy for me to judge from my position, wayyyyy up high on Mt Olympus, thank you very much.

Speaking from personal experience, having a somewhat rare genetic skin disorder myself and having lived with someone who felt just as you did, i can tell you it really kinda sucks. Now given PSS isn't near as disfiguring as what this poor guy has, it was still a miserable feeling when someone who was supposed to love me wouldn't even touch me when i was having an outbreak. But people are as they are and i can't look down on anyone for how they are.
There are things in life we don't choose for ourselves. I can imagine if this guy could have had it different, he would have. I'm sure at some point he has had to try in a way most never will have to to rediscover a sense of inner beauty despite the dis-figuration he has suffered. I bet it took some real bravery on his part to share his disease with the world.

I don't think it's genetic.I believe he said he cut his leg and it got infected.Everytime I watch it's mindblowing,I couldn't imagine.
