Still working on this fictional story based on @ticklingcouple! ’s wonderful original post from last month.

Spoiler - I haven’t gotten to the tickling part yet. Have only set up the foot fetish part between the wife (fictitious name given is ‘Gina’) and her male coworker (fictitious name given is ‘Bill’) with Gina’s husband, ‘Keith’, listening on the other end of the phone.
