Will the Jets be the next team to "guarantee" a win over the Pats? teams should learn to keep their traps shut. giving the greatest NFL team of all time more motivation is just plain stupid.

Even though I'm not really a big football fan, I can't wait for next week's game. I'm sure someone on the Jets will say something that will set the Pats off, even though I don't think they need it. I'm betting some sort of record for points scored in a game will be set next week. And noone better complain about running up the score either. 🙂

im hoping the Pats beat the Jets by at least 50 points. thats probably what the point spread will be anyway. :jester:

I don't much think it matters what anyone says that might motivate them. It's highly unlikely that Lambert or Ham or any of the others suit up again, so people can say what they want to about them. Besides which, those guys are in their 50s! Maybe if there was an old-timers game, like in baseball, it would be different. The best one could hope for is to motivate Bradshaw to reach across and smack one of his fellow commentators upside the head at this point. That would be something 😛 !

🙄The greatest NFL team of all-time would have beaten Philly and Baltimore by more than 1 score. Those teams don't even have QBs.

I'll take Indy right now. NE is wearing down, just as the Colts did in '05 when they started 13-0. There's a reason that nobody has ever gone undefeated since the league went to a 16 game regular season.

Colts are standing by, waiting for it, and creaming the teams that NE is having trouble with (namely Baltimore). Too bad we don't get to play the Eagles this year. We actually play good teams. 1/4th of Indy's schedule isn't made up of the Jets and Dolphins

Baltimore was easy prey due to the fact that the Pats demoralized them last week. the Pats beat these teams up, then leave the scraps for Indy.

Baltimore was easy prey due to the fact that they're a terrible, terrible football team.

ok every team no matter there record play new england as if it was the super bowl they dont do that against indy

They don't? Well, that's not too bright. Indy's the defending champion.

I think Indy has gotten teams' best effort. They've had a remarkable season. Their division is excellent- all teams are still in the playoff hunt, and it could even yield both wildcards. Yet Indy hasn't lost a game within the division. They are 11-2 despite the fact that in the second half of the season, they have been dealing with a ton of injuries to key players.

Maybe they play like that against New England because they're being videotaped and are already at a disadvantage.

I am kidding. Sort of.

Seriously, though, you haven't seen a Colts game if you think teams out there don't give their best effort to beat the Super Bowl champions. The Colts, that is. They are still the champs, despite what the media might conveniently forget these days.

Fact is there is STILL cum dripping from the mouths of the officials who called the Ravens game. The NFL should be ashamed of themselves as should the Cheaters fans be ashamed of that sham from that Monday Night.

All the calls were right on.

Except for that little, itty, bitty, minor, game winning TD that wasn't anywhere near secure.

It's all good. Indy has no problem beating an 18-0 team and silencing the chowdah-heads.

That was borderline, but still was the right call.

You oughta get Bill Belichick's dick out of your mouth. It is affecting your eye sight.

My eye sight is perfect. just got an eye exam. the calls were dead on. just more sour grapes from the haters out there. theres no controversy. now people please, deal with their greatness! :bowing:

You are a lying sack of poop if you can come out here and say the calls were dead on. Gaffney is still trying to get a handle on that ball that was out of bounds.

Nope. he had complete control. no doubt with anyone that has reasonable eyesight. now lets move on to this weeks pounding of the jets.

gaffney definitely caught the ball, he did switch hands but always had control. also the pats would be in the superbowl at 18-0 so it would be difficult for indy to beat them.
