Will the NL ever step up to challenge the far superior AL in All-star game ?

13 years in a row that the American League has kicked the ass of the National League. Heck it seems more like 30 years in a row at least. It would be nice for the NL to show up just once and make a stand.

yea the NL will eventually pull it off, i mean they have to they are all stars. Most of the games are close but the NL seems to find a way to choke it away, which i find odd because imo the NL has the better talent

NL will definitely win again at some point... I think. Seriously though this streak seems almost unfathomable, especially when you consider how many all stars switch leagues during free agency etc.. Truly mind boggling.

well my favorite team is in the American League so I'm okay with them kickin butt 😛

What is most stupid is the thing where the winner of the All Star Game has home field advantage in the World Series. What if the AL wins the All Star Game something like ten years in a row?

I think that baseball should go back to how it was in the old days with World Series home field advantage, where the leagues switched off every year, or, at least, arrange it like they do in basketball and hockey, where the team with the better record has home field, as a reward for winning more games during the season. Of course, as we know, home field doesn't always mean winning the WS as the Rays found out last year, and such.

Hey! I just watched this game in Aus and the NL didnt do that badly! Lol. Like Trez said...they just choked. It was some pretty awesome pitching from the AL that stopped em though....and that kickass triple from Granderson!

The final score was 4-3. That is not kicking a team's ass.

Had the great Albert Pujols not committed the error in the 1st inning and the great David Wright not screwed up a throw to first then the game might have had a different outcome.

Oh and the American League did not win in 2001 so they have NOT won 13 in a row. Please get your facts straight BEFORE you post. Thank you and have a nice day!!!
