at no. 1 or do the smart thing and draft the top player on the Board in Suh.

Don`t get me wrong I believe Bradford will be a good QB eventually in the NFL and would have been QB for Detroit over Stafford last year. But Suh could be the next Bob Lilly , Joe Greene , truly once in a decade type of player at his position .

I will say this though. Clausen will be another in the long line of QB`S that were taken way too high because a team will panick and then will be a huge bust .
 
Only if they're stupid. You can find a serviceable QB to fill in for a few seasons while you gradually improve. Bradford may be a good QB down the line, but I don't believe he's worth the #1 pick.
 
Yes. And they'll wallow in mediocrity thereafter.
