Witnessed tickling in high school

I can't recall if I've ever really posted any experiences here before. I was probably either too lazy or afraid I'd be doxxed somehow but I might as well.

Many years ago in high school, I was infatuated with a girl my age that I always rode the bus with.

Courtney was a beautiful blonde, silly and fun spirited girl. She was thin, stood about 5'5 and since we were in Catholic School during the early 2000's she wore the obligatory knit school girl uniform complete with knee socks and those chunky heeled Mudd loafers.

One day on the bus ride home, she was teasing the guy sitting in the seat in front of me about something and for whatever reason slid her foot from her shoe and placed it diagonally across from her into his seat. I was instantly jealous that he had her marvelous sock clad foot in his seat.. I imagine it would have the slightest musk after being cooped up in black shoes for 8 hours but suddenly her facial expression turned into hysterics and her leg starting jolting like she had been electrocuted. She was laughing while yelling "ow oww stop!!". This continued for probably less than 10 seconds but it was one of my best memories that I still revert to these days. She promptly stuck her foot back into her shoe after that.

I'll try to attach some photos of the style shoes and socks that she was wearing and that I've since developed a crazy fetish for and maybe some shots of her real meet that I've gleamed off of social media

I did this many times on bus rides home. I'd scoop up a female foot, remove the shoe and sock and tickle away!! Thinking back, my foot and tickle fetish were widely known by many female classmates.
