A woman who posted a picture on Facebook of a dog, with the animal's mouth taped shut, has been charged with animal cruelty.

What a terrible woman. It's like, if you dont want the dog, give it up for adoption.

How would that woman like it if someone did that to HER?

That's terrible! I don't understand why some people abuse their pets 😡. I mean if you're going to abuse a pet, you shouldn't have one in the first place.
