I don't know if it is the long nails, generations of "oppression", or that men just aren't used to being vulnerable, but in my opinion women are the better ticklers. Well women who are good at it are better then men. They are far more ruthless, and simply seem to enjoy it more. Not sure what it is, but that's my feeling on the matter.
This type of comment has come up a couple of times recently and I think that people may be overlooking the simple fact that most female ticklers in videos are models and as such are under the direction of the producer/camera person. There are certain expectations of tickling clip consumers about how a female tickler should behave i.e. appearing to be mean, sadistic, taunting, teasing with their nails and generally dominating the 'lee. As such, the producer and model will typically incorporate this into the video (sometimes to extremes) These are generally the type of F/F videos that sell the best.
Similarly there are certain preferences/expectations relating to male 'lers in videos (typically the producer), which are quite opposite i.e.
not talking /verbally teasing, or grinning/staring intensely at the 'lee,
not getting over excited or pawing all over the 'lees body, and generally keeping themselves out of the shot as much as possible. Where a male 'ler becomes the focus of a tickle scene, they are often regarded as 'creepy old dudes' or whatever and so you don't see it as much.
An analogy would be to look at female dommes in the fetish world. You don't see male dommes offering paid services, whilst the internet is flooded with various mistresses, dominatrixes with their own dungeons etc. This does not mean that women are more dominant (sexually or otherwise) than men (Fetlife will show you that there are a lot of dominant males in S&M relationships) but there is a demand to
see female dommes. It is something that people will seek out, request and pay for, and many dominant females are happy to oblige.
Of course, lots of females are good ticklers and in my experience many will thoroughly enjoy doing it, but so do lots of males and I don't think there's really any gender aspect to it - rather it's down to the individual's personality/character, confidence in the situation and practice (this is why experienced fetish models are much better at it!) I've worked with female models that are great ticklers and some that are so bad, we literally had to abandon shooting a scene because the model could not tickle at all! Often, I've had to sit down and demonstrate to a model over again how to tickle and how to find the right spots etc...really you wouldn't think it was hard but some models are natural and some are not.
