Anybody remember this ? A woody woodpecker cartoon called ARTS AND FLOWERS Woody draws a pretty gal holding a vase over her head w/armpit exposed The dude he,s in an art competition with sees it makes the cartoon google eyes and then tickles her armpit w/brush She laughs and then gives him a mean look and bashes him over the head with the vase

Do I remember it?
I used to tickle my niece-in-law's feet (we were both in our early teens). She seemed to like it, but her feet weren't very ticklish. She'd wiggle her toes, but that was it. We saw the cartoon and I insisted on acting out the scene- with me as the painter and her as the painting of course! 😀 When I reached into her armpit... wooh!!! I tried to do it a few more times, but she'd throw her arm down and laugh like crazy!
