Work in Progress - 3rd vs. 4th edition

When the sorceress continued to argue that 4th edition is better than 3rd, Lidda made her own point with the judicious utilization of Use Rope, Use Magic Device, a Rod of Wonder, and a Wand of Tasha's Hideous Laughter 😉

This work is only about 2/3 complete. Before I continue, I was hoping I could get some constructive input from you guys on what could be improved.
(It should be noted that Lidda is something called a halfling, which look kind of what you'd imagine santa's elves to look like, which is why she is so small compared to the sorceress.)

Hmm, I see Lidda has the "Improved Tickle Torture" feat. 😀

Maybe it's just me, but the art style seems rather different for the two characters... Lidda is well proportioned and carefully detailed in a realistic style. While the Sorceress seems to be drawn in a much more exaggerated, cartoonish style. I like the pic mind you, I'm just curious to know what happened. Was it an intentional change, or an unconscious drift in style, or am I seeing things?

Yeah, I was thinking about that too. I'll have to try and bring the styles closer with a little reproportioning.
What happened is that the reference I used for lidda was a lidda picture (and lidda tends to be illustrated more realistically). The sorceress didn't have any single reference, and was drawn first, so it is more of my typical style.

Ah, that explains it. Actually your sorceress reminds me of Raven from Teen Titans. That arm over the head pose may prove difficult to work with. Anyway, I look forward to the finished picture.
