What are forum members calls as to what the World Series matchup will be?

I feel that the World Series matchup will be the Mets and Tigers.

I think it would be quite an accomplishment to see the Tigers beat both teams from NY in the playoffs, has it ever been done? The media would completely freak out.

As much as I have rooted on the Tigers the last two season ( in fact, I am the ONLY one who saw this coming as Tigers fans were still keeping one eye closed until late June ) don't you think it is rather presumptuous on your part to say that the Tigers will beat the Mets??? I mean nobody but me saw them as a playoff team. I think it is really rather presumptuous to say that the Mets will in fact lose. As far as the media is concerned, who really cares what the media thinks. It is our game and not theirs.

That is not going to happen Milagros and you know that. I wonder Tommy Lasorda is still living for this and is going to the TV!!!
