That article gave a listing of the supposed "Worst Restaurants in America". in terms of food, atmosphere, cleanliness, etc.
This place in Miami Beach, called Colony Café, supposedly "took the cake" so to say.
Supposedly, food was kept in improper storage, the place is dirty, etc.
When I lived in Lancaster, the local paper there often published health inspections of restaurants. In NYC, as most who live here, or have visited, will know, we have "Health Inspection
Grades" listed on the outside of the restaurants. I don't go into places which don't have an A grade.
Anyhow, the restaurants on that list sound absolutely ... disgusting.
