Well, recently I've been seeing/hearing about a lot of people who are going through some hardship because of their tickling fetish and how it mucks up their sex life. You know, the usual "my gf doesn't like to be tickled during sex" or "doesn't want to indulge in my fetish". Now, a lot of the answers and replies they got were things about "trying what she/he wants for a change" and "varying what you do".

So what if the roles were reversed?

Say that your bf/gf confessed to you one night about them being sexually into something you deemed as "weird". Let's take for instance (one I found on wikipedia) a "Diaper/Nappy" fetish. (not being rude on any of you with one of these, it's just that the majority of us may not find this the most normal of fetishes. XD)

Would you still take part in any form of foreplay to please him/her which involved this?

Hopefully this test will let you see how open minded you truly are, because essentially this is how your partner may have felt when you told him/her about your fetish and whether or not they'll indulge in it for you. 🙂

Obviously there are some variables I have excluded, but in most cases it is the same.

Plus it'll be interesting to see what you say think. 😛

I'd say to a point. I don't view all fetishes the same, and I'll openly admit that. I've played a time or two with people into bondage, whipping, age regression, crossdressing, and all manner of things. Would I be willing to say... be tickled by a guy dressed as a girl (speaking as an equal exchange of indulging fetishes)? Yes. Would I be willing to be tickled and then let someone cut me up? No.

I don't think of it as closed-minded (you can think of it however you want, I guess), but there are fetishes more extreme/painful/unhealthy than even the things I like.

I think the general consensus with these sort of threads is "I'll try anything within reason". Personally I reckon it's like everything else in a relationship; unless it's something you both enjoy then you've got to compromise your way around it. An example from my personal experience would be an old girlfriend I had when I was about 18 or 19. She wasn't into tickling and definitely not into the foot fetish thing, in fact before she met me she despised anyone so much as touching her feet, plus she was a dominant and didn't like the idea of submitting to someone.
