Would you meet up with an online tickle philie?

I was over at another forum and many people were willing to meet up with me. I have a previous run in with perverted people. My question is if you would meet someone from a tickle forum. If so where would you meet and so on.

I met the Hollywood Brother when I was home in Philly a while back--he's an amazing guy, and lives near where I grew up. We met at the local diner and had a snack and a chat--it was awesome!

I found out I know GQGuy from college and so I inadvertently met him...he's HOTT!!!

And I've hung out several times with the Hawaiian Prince...hes quite a guy...and I hope, once my schedule doesn't suck anymore, to play with him again soon...😉

So basically, as long as I've gotten to know someone on here, I have no problem meeting them in a public place initially...that's all good to me!!!

I agree with Timewarp. Meeting up with people on the INTERNET is to be avoided. Even though I'm sure it can be a good option in meeting nice people, there still are better ways and there's always a risk attached to it. Still, I won't stop you if you were to actually go for it. It's all your responsibility.

You can meet up with someoen in rl if you want to, i know i would, but just to be on the safe side i'd bring a friend with me, But you shouldn't avoide it completely if you really know the person.

I always told people where I was going, and who I was going to meet...it was always in a place where I felt safe...and knew the staff of the diner...

Plus, our resident Rock and Roll Tickle King, Hollywood Brother, wouldn't hurt a fly...he'd be the first to have my back though in a bad situation!

My circumstances are different though...

Normally, I don't advocate meeting in RL just for safety purposes...especially being a young woman of a smaller stature...

I doubt I'd meet someone from online for the purposes of tickling, as the title implies. If I met someone that I'd gotten to know and trusted (who just happened to be into it too) then sure. I'd take a shot at meeting them.

I personally view the idea of using the internet as a cover-all to mean unsafe. There's a line between safe and smart, and safe and paranoid. I've met several people online that I've known for a long time and trust them completely. By no means am I naive, but I can't believe that everyone online is out to get ya.

Of course in a public place initially. I dont see the risk being any different from meeting a person you met "IRL" in a public place. You can just as easily be duped by somebody pretending to be a good character online, just to get lured into an unsafe situation. So as long as your a smart adult, with good judgement in character, then the risk is minimized.

There are so many ppl I met online that I would love to meet IRL. It's nice to know I have friends all over the globe 🙂

Ive met a bunch of online friends IRL. Only twice though has it ever been alone. Both of those times has been with people I knew extremely well and had met before in a group setting (Jay and Silent HDS to be specific).
Just be smart about it. Make sure you've got a cell phone on you, that people know where you're going (and preferably why you're going), and if you're planning on being alone together meet at least once in a public place first.

Yep, I've met people IRL and every single time it turned out well. Of course, we went through the safety measures, but we had a pretty good idea of each other's character prior to meeting.

very true. odds are a boyfriend, a close friend, or an uncle will rape you more than someone online. the media just makes a big issue out of it, as does tv shows, and big shot political guys.
