Would you want to see a non-consensual tickle video?

I think it's a very very bad idea. I'm all for videos but non-con is a line one shouldn't cross outside of fantasy.

Sometimes they turn out to be not ticklish or semi-ticklish. But there is nothing better then getting a woman tied up and discovering that she is REALLY ticklish. Well all i can tell you is that in Germany every judge would say: "Well my friend all your agreements, documents and signatures written by whomever mean nothing to me and the law! Wavers mean nothing in that situation. It's like beating a confession out of someone. I don't WANNA tickle a girl who's at the point of crying for me to stop. Be careful she doesn't get her friends to kick the spit out of you even if she DOESN'T press charges. And say goodbye to your "friend". It would be a crime, I don't think signing that piece of paper would protect you legally. But, even if it wasn't a crime, I feel it like something really unrighteous. Maybe you could email them and ask them how they did it. Ask them if there are legal documents that can protect you legally. Go for it!

lol There isnt any legal document that will protect you from action if you are going to abuse an unknowing victim. And that's what it would be seen as in court, abuse.
If I am not mistaken I BELIEVE that the non-consensual videos were made with just a standard model release and then the model was offered huge sums of money to allow them to sell the videos they shot.

Every single clip I've seen from videos that are labeled as "non consensual tk" are clearly scripted, and depict completely fake tk in the first place.
Of couse I can't speak for all videos of that kind, I haven't seen all of them, but I really hope they are all scripted.

the hollywood brother likes what you have to say in this post. the hollywood brother thinks the mom or sis rule is a good one but if the lee ahead of time agrees that at some point she will be captured and tickled off and on for days, then it is okay. I think the tickler/master just need to keep enough control that the event do not permanent damage to the lee or slave

So you are saying that if she signs a legal consent form without reading it it won't protect him legally? Why not? If you sign a contract you sign a contract. If someone signs a contract without being forced to, or threatened, then it is legally binding, even if they didn't bother to read it before they signed. 😛

It's because upholding the law isn't a black and white issue, screamer. If it were there would be no "self defense" plea. You commited the crime, you're guilty and will be punished. You say he came at you with a loaded gun and you had to protect your small child by stabbing him with the kitchen knife? No dice, murder is murder.
It doesn't work that way.
He's suggesting doing something that can quite seriously be classified as personal, if not sexual, abuse. You're going to be hard pressed to find a judge who will throw it out because she neglected to read the fine print.
Worse still once in court it would be impossible for him to defend himself beyong "um..uh...she signed it though!" as the evidence will be on tape.
What we're all wondering though, or at least I am, is how close of a "friend" she is to him if he's even considering doing something so underhanded, humiliating, and potentially damaging to her. Such a morally bankrupt individual shouldnt have too many female friends willing to trust him in a helpless position like that. So clearly she's not familiar with this particular facet of his personality and she will not only feel abused physically but also betrayed by someone she trusted.
