You can park from 2am to 3am and from 5am to 6am. Any New Yorker could understand those signs. 😛 😛

One other point;
If you park between 3am and 5am you get a ticket, but will NOT get towed away.
And I'm a recently ex New Yorker. LOL.
NYC drivers think that if you get enough points on your license you can redeem them for valuable premiums!
