WWE Fans: Is The Hitmans Career Truly Over?

Do you think that it is possible that we will ever see Bret "Hitman" Hart in the ring again? I always loved the Hitman, and I still consider him the Best there is, Best there was, and the Best there ever will be. It really angers me that vince screwed him the way he did....shows what an ass he really is. Bret worked his ass off for 14 years and thats what he got for it. I don't see it happening, but rumors have been surfacing lately....I would love to see it, but I think the Hitman considers it a pride issue, and to be frank, I don't blame him. Long live the legacy of Bret "Hitman" Hart! I think that Bret is the best technical wrestler there ever was. (My fav wrestler of all time though is still Shawn Michaels...the showstoppa!...kinda dissapointing to know that he was in on the screw job though...just saving his career though...)

As to Bret...he *was* good, but he's getting on a bit now, ian't he? Same old gimmicks, same old man. He's a legend, and I agree he deserves a little more...perhaps a send-off match, a career-ender perhaps? I think he's earnt that much at least.

No hes not coming back to wrestle. All his injuries, all the trash talking he did when he was in wcw, his father, his brother passing away. Too much burden on his shoulders. He just wants to get away from the business i think.

Is done wrestling, as his last match, a match with Goldberg, where Goldberg kicked him for real, left a hole in his neck muscle on the right side, the size of a quarter....


And for that reason, he cannot wrestle....

bret was the best there was in his time.but age and 2 strokes later he needs to stay far from a wrestling ring as possible.I don't think anyone would want to see bret try a comback now.it would be hamful not only to his physical being but damage his legacy as a great talent

With both (Bill) Goldberg and Brock Lesnar now gone(and having been both given the stunner by Steve Austin)from the WWE,with Kurt Angle a strong possibility to be next lost,I think that the WWE's career might be over,with all of the terrible writing and endless repeat matches that they keep on playing again and again,for unless they develop a glowing new talent,draft Shane Doulgas,Vampiro,and Jerry Lynn(back),and/or give John Cena a massively monster push,it's going to be final curtains for this federation.
