I can't believe what I just saw.... in the scripted world of WWE, this is still stunning..

The Undertaker LOST?????

AT WRESTLEMANIA???????

There are 3 certain things in life before today....

Death, taxes and Undertaker winning at Wrestlemania. Now this just fucking sucks.....

It was a bullshit match. I have respect for Taker, obviously. And I'm a brock fan.... but that match did not show the beast, Undertaker has been through WARS and that match was slow, boring and left me waiting to see the carnage they hyped it up to have. I'm so pissed off that at 30 years of wrestlemania, that was the match that ended the streak...

I'm just surprised Triple H's ego let Brock be the one to do it. That said, I'm kinda glad the streak is over. Taker shows up and wrestles maybe 2 matches a year, one being at WM for the last 3 years at least. I guess it's only fitting he lost to a guy who is so physically wrecked he can no longer compete at UFC level. That could explain as someone mentioned, why the match was slow and boring. To me the streak really wasn't that big of a deal. I respect Taker and give him props for what he's accomplished in WWE, but really imo the streak hasn't been that impressive to me for the last 3 to 5 years, simply for the fact Taker never wrestles on a regular basis like most everyone else.

It was a huge mistake by the wwe. The steak match was a big draw for wrestlemania. Without it , fans will soon realize that wrestlemania is just a RAW you have to pay to see. Basically the same matches that go on wrestlemania are the same ones you see on RAW..and people will stop tuning in. I know I already made that decision. My streak of watching wrestlemania has also ended. Why bother ? RAWs on every monday

I doubt HHH made this decision. All the wrestling fan sites are saying Undertaker chooses who he wants to work with, and it was his decision to lose. It might be safe to say anything to do with Undertaker must go through Vince, not HHH. Mostly everyone agrees if the streak was going to end, Lesnar ending doesn't make sense.

Despite being a huge fan of the Undertaker and his Streak, I've always subscribed to the idea that it should end. But, being something you can only do ONE TIME, it should have been used to put over the "next generation's" top heel. Imagine a heel that's slowly being put over, and then being scheduled to wrestle the Undertaker at WrestleMania, and then WHAM! He beats the Undertaker. This would put that heel over like nothing else--many wrestlers have won and lost titles--and this would have been an accomplishment that no one can match, replicate, or take away EVER. This would have rocketed the heel to the top, and he could be scheduled to tear through the roster until the "next generation's" up and coming top face (Daniel Bryan, maybe?) could take him down (it's important that this not be building for another notch in John Cena's belt, so to speak. That would squander the Streak just as much as this did). The potential to put over the next generation of top performers and set up matches that would have been remembered for a lifetime was all there.

And instead, the WWE wasted it all on BROCK LESNAR!? It's not even a question of whether or not he's good, it's that he's been in the WWE since 2002. Triple H and Shawn Michaels were some of the best performers in the history of the company, and the Streak would have been equally wasted if either of them had won because they are already over. The Streak was something to be used to put over someone new, not to add to the image of someone that doesn't even wrestle full time.

I understand that Undertaker's getting up there in age and he only has so many WrestleManias left. They may not be able to find that perfect up and coming heel and give him enough build up to justify defeating Undertaker. Fine, but if the WWE was going to use someone already well established and over to end the Streak, why didn't they use KANE!?

Well... Kane is more.... suit and ties now. What annoys me too is the fact that Brock isn't even there every day! He's a part timer. And the match itself was NOT legendary! It was not edge of the seat, hair pulling, shocking moment having, dead man war status. It was boring. Slow... "methodical" which isn't Lesner's usual fighting style. He's explosive, violent, destructive and I saw NONE of that in the match, not at all. To have it end in such a match... it's bullshit. Not sure if this factored in or not, but apparently Undertaker did also suffer a major concussion during the match and was rushed to the hospital soon after. http://www.tmz.com/2014/04/07/undertaker-wwe-hospitalized-wrestlemania-streak-concussion/

It's more shock than anything to wrestling fans who just never saw it coming. As has been said, Taker has attained such a legendary status that I'd be absolutely stunned if it wasn't his decision to end the streak. Whether anyone agrees or not that it should have been Lesnar, it was (likely) his call, so it's what felt right to him. The more interesting thing, to me, will be seeing if this is ultimately his final match. He's 49 years old now and has been in the business now for 30 years. That's a lot of wear and tear.

looked like he got spiked badly early on, badly concussed..

Was still hoping for a Sting match!

It was time. Hes 49, he picked Brock Lesnar himself, backstage reports say he wanted Brock to end the streak back in 2010. Sting vs Taker would be a mistake. He should retire. They are both old. I don't want to see another Ric Flair. My eyes are still hurting.

Even though it's 21-1... Just remember: The Streak may have died, but the Undertaker's legacy at Wrestlemania won't.
No-one will come close to replicating the streak.
No-one will win 21 matches out of 22 like the Undertaker at Wrestlemania, whether it be with some significant streak or not.

My view from my seat at wrestlemania 30 you can just see The Undertaker.
Bring on WM31

The WWE eh, are the matches still rigged like in the old WWF days? I stopped watching WWF as soon as I realized that the Bushwackers were never going to actually win a match (because they literally weren't supposed to).
