After a long hiatus with The Agencies: Frontiers, our gang of superspies are back. The Agencies: Frontiers #4 showed us the torments visited upon enemies of "The Nine," so now this issue cuts back to our heroes and their attempt to save their colleague Agent Crosshair from the neverending tickle tortures "The Nine" have planned for her. The group, led by Agent White and Agent Shield, tickled the location of Agent Crosshair's captors out of one of their members, and now move in to save her.
