I wonder if you're talking about the one i wrote back in 1995? I don't even have a copy of it anymore. I wrote a few stories under the pen name of SierraTawn.
I remember doing an xfiles theme where Mulder and Scully had to watch each other be tickled. And Scully was held down suspended in mid air by some sort of very tiny but strong restraints that kept her motionless. Is this the same story you seek? I seek it too!

Yes! That's it! Thats how I remember it! Wow. Thank you Marauder. Haven't laid eyes on this for about 5 years! How fun! Very amateur though.😱
