There's a VERY brief foot tickling in the season premiere of Yellowstone, at around the 28:30 mark.
 
I dont have a clip of the scene but for people wondering, it happens to the character Sarah who's dating Jaime, played by actress Dawn Olivieri.

Shes at a meeting where she has to be searched for wires, including taking her shoes off. The security guard feels around her foot and leg and she laughs and says it's ticklish. Honestly you can't even tell it was tickling besides her saying it, but its still fun it was included.

There's a fun scene earlier in season 5 too of the character Jimmy tickling his girlfriends feet, that one actually looks like it could be real and the girl gives good reactions. Not sure exactly what episode it is though.
