Well according to the wikipedia article, the cartoon character in that program is only 10 years old.

So you might want to review the TMF's rules on underage material.

You did not state her age, but her age is being stated by her creators.
She is under age.
You cannot post underage characters.
You can either remove her, or, if she appears as an older character WITHIN the series, you can draw her as her older, official self.

You cannot age her on your own, because that is against minor characters rules.
