Anybody here take them? I've been practicing on and off myself for about a year, and lately I've been going at it pretty hard. I'm thinking of taking some classes at a local studio and I'm worried I might not be able to keep up. Apparently the classes are conducted in rooms that are heated to 85 degrees.. :firedevil
 
I've taken classes with a friend in the past. I found them relaxing and fun. Also, it seems that it is best to be very flexible when taking them, due to some of the poses. I'm not terribly flexible, but I just did my best.
