Recently I was at a yoga retreat and one of the instructors took some time to work with me on my seated posture. We went into a room and I was seated upright on a mat as she examined my upper body to see what posture issues I had. I was anticipating that this might tickle...and I was right.
One of the first things she did was feel where my hips and legs meet - with both hands at the same time. It was really ticklish and I held my breath - but it was very fast.
Then there was a lot of feeling and rubbing all over my back and sides. Some of the strokes around my sides were really ticklish, too.
However, the most intense part was a repeated grabbing motion right in the middle of my ribs. About six or seven times, she stroked and grabbed at my ribs. It tickled like crazy and every time it repeated I was like, "Are you serious? How many times are you going to do this?" and thinking she HAS to know this is insanely ticklish. I held it together pretty well but it was really intense and I was close to squirming all around.
