If you dont want to be here, we dont want you here, go back to LA and the Lakers because I think they may be the only team that will take you back!

He came in out of shape and disinterested. I am wondering if he can't function outside the triangle offense. Its a shame because the DFW mavs fan were so ready to embrace him . Thank goodness brandan wright was waiting in the wings and stole a bunch of his minutes

YES!! I was so excited to hear that Lamar Odom was coming to Dallas, especially because the Mavs basically stole him from the Lakers, I just dont get how he was so upset for a trade that he asked for, got, and then pouted again because they traded him.

If Dallas can get anything for him I'll be surprised, the only thing that comes to mind when I see is what could have been with him and Dirk on the floor.

It is funny listening to you Dallas fans complain about Lamar Odom. Odom has ALWAYS had mental lapses and an apathetic attitude...He finally found a niche for himself when he was a 6th man. When Gasol came, that took so much pressure off of him. He never wanted to leave the Lakers but felt he had to because he was "nearly traded". Lamar used to frustrate the hell out of me when he first showed up in the Shaq trade. We wanted him to be the #2 option, but he never could do that. When he became a 3rd or better yet, a 6th man, he was more comfortable.

Dallas thought they got a steal, but you learned about Lamar. He has always been a head case. It sucks for him though because he is a good guy. Maybe he will retire, or find a niche again somewhere.

Did you ever think you would see the day when Pau Gasol was mentally tougher than Lamar Odom, Gasol was mixed up in the the same trade rumors but played through it, Odom gets mixed in it and throws a tantrum. We Dallas fans have so much respect for Kobe having to deal with Artest (yes I said Artest) Odom, and Gasol and still managing to win a championship with that group.

Odom should have used this whole thing as motivation, if the Lakers didnt want him and Mavericks did, every single time he stepped on the floor he should have been lighting it up, especially against his old team.
