More futility...this one was a weird concept drawing that will probably be UNPOPULAR...

Seeing as 'Ghostbusters 3' is techincally the upcoming video game (according to who's involved with it), I noticed awhile back who the project got handed off to: the company Terminal Reality.

TR's responsible for creating another character/series I like...so this bizarre concept came to mind.

Yeah...Bloodrayne in ghostbusting gear.

Of course, Rayne's made a number of modifications to the normal jumpsuit...her typical rips and gothic stitching (and yeah, she has her normal 'corset' on underneath the top so she can leave the jacket wide open)...and yeah, still wielding her blades along with a proton pack (c'mere Janoz...)...but I kinda like how the design came out. ^^

And Slimer's being a wiseass with a 'friendly lick' too. Although I'd guess by Rayne's pissed off 'wtf' expression...that trap on the ground under him might be used very soon...

Hey, it's got Ghostbusters involved in it. You know I'll like it. 😉 The beefy, gun-like thrower reminds me of the packs from EGB, so that's cool. And ya gotta love Slimer. He's just bein' friendly.

Terminal Reality... I didn't know they were still around... haven't been paying much attention to their work I guess (though the game "Terminal Velocity" which they did with 3D Realms is still one of my all time favourites)
So they're doing a Ghostbusters game now? cool... I might want to to check that one out...

Anyways, I absolutely love your drawing! I love the pose, love her attitude. Absolutely great. Thanks for posting! 🙂

Heh, I figured it might click. ^^ Yeah, there was a little of Extreme GB put into the designs of the thrower and p.pack (although the trap is 'classic GB').

As for Slimer, I think he's being a little TOO friendly...and it might cost him (a tongue?). 😉

You're quite welcome on the pic. I hope it conveyed not only the humorous/nifty crossover concept, but, yeah, Rayne's attitude toward a fat green ghost that's about to get it. 😉

I like this pairing; totally unexpected (when do you ever expect to see Slimer, eh?). Her partner may not be long for this world, as you said; whether blade or proton stream he's in for a bit of hurtin' after that lickin'. It's been a bit since I've seen a Khali work; good to see you around, eh? :happy:

I like how this looks... I very much like it. A very nice and detailed picture, and I especially like the sciency-looking gun/daggers combo.

As for the licking ghost... he might die (well... again), but somehow it'd be worth it.😀

Heh, yep. I figure both the combination of concepts and the characters themselves would raise an eyebrow (or at least get a laugh). As for Slimer, he's probably about to lose a tongue...
Oh, I'm definitely 'around' with stuff...just not in the open. 😉
