It's been a bit of a topsy turvy week for me. When my dad joined my mum at the Philippines at the start of the week, Myriads told me I won Best Original Artist of 2003 in the TMF Golden Feather Awards. I must say I was delighted and rather shocked too! However, a few days ago while rehearsing guitar with a friend of mine, my phone line went dead, and I couldn't figure out why until a nice BT engineer fixed the problem just an hour ago. It turns out my new next-door neighbours snipped our wire while refurbishing the house, which kinda annyed me, but hey, I'm back online again, only to see a path of opinionated destruction. Oh come on, that kingmidrif pic wasn't bad at all. It doesn't deserve a Smeagol comparison.

Oh well, you can't win 'em all...

One and only one remark to the one made (I promise)- I meant his eyes GC, not him physically. The eyes are the mirror into Smeagol's soul, and the comparision to the goth girl was meant the same way. That should have been obvious given that Smeagol is a twisted little creature and a goth girl is..well..a human girl. What other means would I have had to compare the two? None. 😛

As for your award, I already commented on your group, but since theres a thread for it (and rightfully so) congrats on your appointment and win. 🙂

Aw, thank you! It's just occured to me that I'm the first Brit to win a Golden Feather ever since it's started, so I suppose a Brit can achieve something in the TMF without spamming it off all the time (Jimmy! 😉 Only joking)! I'll be updating soon a new batch o' pics... hopefully...
