The same thing i dress up as every year Eric Draven or better known as The Crow lol
 
Seeing as your picture is a blue blob with evil eyes, yes, I imagine your face could scare the girl who wears Freddy Krueger pants.
 
I'd guess they dress up in womanly suits, etc. I mean... I doubt they'd have the men dress up all nice, and then tell the women, "heck with it, go casual." That's slightly sexist, don't'cha think?

depends on how he/she delivers "the package" and sing or strip after singing for it.
 
I was a las vegas showgirl and my mistress was Elvira. We only dressed up for the party at our friends place but it was still fun (my mistress even decorated the downstairs dungeon). ^_~
