Your Top 10 cartoons/anime series?

Hi aye, folks! How y'all doing?

I know, I know. Probably someone already came with that "favorite cartoon or anime" thing before. However, what I'm proposing here is to organize your favorite ones in a top 10 list, à la David Letterman. I feel like this had already been made before too, but I'm too lazy to search for it in such a huge section (I just checked the last four pages and that was enough for me).

So come and share it! No need to be shy! If you don't feel like chosing ten of 'em, just do as you wish, like a top-5, or top-3, or top-whatever. Also, no need to order 'em by most-to-less favorite if you don't feel doing it.

Oh, and its origin is not important too. It can be American, Japanese, European, Mexican, New Zealander or whatever. But it has to be series, not animated films!

the hollywood brother lovs the idea of this hollywood brother post. the hollywood brother has many favorites and is not sure how to rank them. also some cartoons likethe original transformers cartoon is hard to ever find on tv so you miss it and want to watch it more. I think my top ten (in no particular order would be Scooby Doo, The simpsons, family Guy, G.I. Joe, Johnny Bravo, the old super adventure cartons from the sixites and now on cartoon network, thundercats, transformers, looney tunes and old pink panther cartoons.

Honorable mention - Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Transformers, Tundercats and Voltron. They are the reason I am into anime and animation.

Simpsons were on the top ten till I found out the chick who does Bart Simpsons voice is a Scientologist.

Venture Brothers is currently on my number 1 on my list of favorite TV shows. So it doesn't qualify for this list.

Hmmmm... I can't make an "absolute" list cuz faves change when new shows come out. These are my Top Ten, to this point in time.

Like Bashiku, numbered order doesn't represent level I like a show over another... All are equal or close to it.

I can't mix American action, American comedy and anime together, so I'm just gonna do 2 anime lists. one for series and one for movies.

I guess the movies could start at 7 and go to 10, but I don't think that's fair. An anime series and an anime movie are way different. The movies look better, but the series have a lot more story and character development.
