When you were growing up I'm sure that,being interested in tickling then,you saw TV stars from sitcoms or dramas who you thought about wanting to tickle.Most I assume would be of your own age group.
I had many of them and would probably fill up many pages but here are a few:

Topping the list I would have to say that-anyone currently 40ish -would have targeted Marcia Brady (aka Maureen McCormick).Any chance to see her flawless bare feet was a bonus.There were a few ocassions.The time her character took up Karate,the early trip to the Grand Canyon where the whole family are trapped in a western jail cell and they used their socks (tied together to rope the jailer's keys on hook out of reach).And there was the trip to Hawaii for those 2 or 3 episodes.Marcia! Marcia! Marcia!...er Maureen!

Some other notables - Valerie Bertinelli - in her One Day at a Time Days.
Helen Hunt - In the seventies & Eighties .She was on a slew of short lived shows and her feet were as flawless then as they were in "Mad about You"
Melissa Sue Anderson - ahh! Yes Mary from "Little House" Her feet were a very scarce item although I do recall a few quick scenes.

All these young ladies were both drop dead gorgeous to my young eyes in those early days and,I believe, were very ticklish as well!!!...er so I'd hoped.
And most of them are still beautiful today!!!

[One thing I'm wondering though.I wasn't a great Roseanne watcher but the 1st actress who played the oldest daughter (Alicia Goranson)in the show was always a cutey who I thought would be fun to tickle.
Were there any Bare Foot scenes with her in the show? I say there weren't or at least none that I saw!!!]

In any Case,I'd be interested to know other member's lists!!

Gosh, this list is so long, I could be here all night.
First, I was a big "Dallas" fan in the 80s, and there were several actresses, although a bit older then me, that I wanted to get. I dont know if you ever saw it, but there was an episode in 1985 where Victoria Principal got tickled on the sides by Patrick Duffy, and yes it was real. I wanted to tickle Victoria's feet from the first time I saw her on that show! In one of the early episodes, there is a pool scene where Patrick Duffy, who played her husband Bobby, had her bare feet in his lap, and you got a pretty good view of her soles.
Besides that, there were others. I always thought that while a bit of a troublemaker off set, Lisa Bonet was quite fine looking when she was on the Cosby Show. She looked ticklish, and I would have loved to have had a go at her bare soles any day.
The list goes on: Lynda Carter when she played Wonder Woman. Gorgeous woman, a definite tickle target of mine!
Meredith Baxter Birney when she played Elyse Keaton on "Family Ties" A bit older of a woman, but still a target.
Any of the "Three's Company" roommates, particularly Suzanne Somers and Priscilla Barnes.
Marilu Henner when she was on "Taxi"
A couple of the Bradford sisters on Eight is Enough, particularly Dianne Kay, who played Nancy, and Connie Needham, who played Elizabeth.
That is my list. Iam sure I could come up with more, but that is a good list for now.

There was an episode of "One Day at a Time" that was really memorable. Vallerie Bertinelli's character gets a job at an ice cream parlor, after her first day, they show her crashed out on a couch while her mom is massaging her bare feet. And her soles are right in the camera!:veryhappy

I remember that one too! I remember Schnieder the maintenace guy cracking a joke and caused Valerie's character to burst out laughing on the couch while the mother massages her feet.Wish it had been a tickle laugh!!!

I remember now an episode in the first season where the Bradys go camping and Marcia doesn't catch a fish because she gets herself tangled in the fishing line.She utters "It tickled" to her dad.Always like the way that sounded! Although, as a tickle target - she got more desirable in the later part of the series!

There was a show starring Ted Knight called "Too Close For Comfort" in the 1970s. His character had two beautiful daughters...Deborah Van Valkenburgh and the big bosomed blonde whose name I can't remember. I was simply mad over those two girls and wish I could remember some of those scenes I know I drooled about back then.

I always wanted to see agent 99 in Get Smart receive a Kaos tickle interrogation.

Also Sloane from Ferris Bueller's Day Off, of course, I did see her get tickled. I think I read somewhere that she said Matthew Broderick tickled her feet to get her to laugh during the seen as well. Justice does prevail!
 
Interesting to note that alot of these women were involved in tickling scenes of some type either before the shows mentioned or afterwards. I remember seeing Valleri Bertinelli briefly tickled on her belly in a Lifetime movie a loooong time ago.

I think mine would have to be Phylicia Rashad.

If memory serves, in Ferris Beuller's Day Off, Matthew Broderick & Mia Sara were in a car in the back seat. Matthew was crouched down at her feet so he is off camera. He tickled her feet to get her to laugh.
You do NOT actually see him do it. Just her reactions, which are CLASSIC!
