Stumbled onto this via Wikifeet. A French singer/actress is tickled while she is singing. I believe her name is Aly Hy. I cannot understand what is being said, but she is tickled by feathers all over (arms, armpits, feet).

The singer is AL HY, a french singer discovered on a french tv reality singer show. She's singing a french song but she seems to be reallly ticklish. What a great clip.

Good thing this was posted again, because I missed it the first time. This is seriously amazing, though! The fact that she's feather ticklish to the point that those beautiful soft feet had to be strapped down, and that she wiggles her toes like that... the stuff dreams are made of!
