Definitely one of the better mainstream clips I have seen.
This girl is tied spread-eagle to the back of a truck (I guess it was part of a dare? Idk.) Anyway, she's having trouble getting loose, so a few guys tickle her under her arms to "help" her get free. She also happens to be wearing a tank top =)
Whole video is 10 minutes long. Tickling happens at points throughout the clip, starting at 2:02.
