I'm guessing this is from an Italian western (Joe Colt e Winchester???) but it looks pretty bizarre to me. Although when I was a kid I used to have a pet fantasy about a woman being kidnapped by banditos and subjected to something like this.
 
In english, it's Winchester for Hire, and it's been a pretty popular clip in the M/M tickling community for a long time. 🙂
