I can't exactly confirm that this is a tickle but it definitely appears to be one. A behind the scenes video from TWOT was posted on Instagram and in the first few seconds we can see Madeleine Madden standing behind Zoe and tickling her ear and the side of her face with the end of her braid. It lasts for less than a second but Zoe gives a surprised laugh and scrunches up. There's no sound because the video has music playing over it but it definitely looks like a ticklish reaction to me.
