I wanted to take time to compose myself to absorb this.

I'm supposed to go for a brain scan tomorrow.
This Wednesday is my Dad's birthday. (He's 79, knock on wood, Thank God).
I'm pretty sure I posted a few weeks ago how he's been having severe trouble with his back.
Supposedly, he took a shot to help the pain
I sent my Dad a card and a check for his birthday, which he received yesterday, and he called to thank me.
I asked to see him for his birthday, and he said he was not sure.
Clearly, he sounds freaked out about what they might find when they take my scan.
I have not had "A seizure" since April 17th.
Yet, in spite of this, I've been having, headaches, dizzy spells, etc etc.
Tomorrow, they are finally going to go in, and see what's causing it, by doing an MRI brain scan.
At this point, I'm almost like. "Whatever" about my situation with my headaches
At one point, my Dad had been advised to have back surgery that is very serious.
Due to the fact that he has a stent in his heart, it seems they are clearly staying away from that.
My Dad sounds completely freaked out about me.
Last night I tried to play it down to him, saying something like. "I;ll be okay, you just get better"
I would never dream of telling my Dad what to do about surgery. That't not my right. I know that he also would not listen.
I honestly don't know what is going to be. I don't expect them to find anything serious with me. What I'm going through is either just a side effect of my seizures, or medication that may need to be changed.
Within this week, I should know more.
I just wish these situations would be resolved already. 2019 seems just like one terrible thing after the next, with both my Dad's health, and my own.
