As Robb Flynn would put it, this'll be a bit of a brain dump right here right now on this fine September evening. It's a cool, comfortable 68 degrees out here in Averill Park, NY tonight. Just finished applying some clear coat to parts of my most recent wooden creation and I intend to post some pics of it once it's completed. I think some folks around here might dig it, it's turned out to be pretty cool. 😎 
It's always great to post on the TMF, both in the blog and in the various sections, and it's been a while. It's nice to scroll through the pages and see old, familiar screen names. I'm working towards getting back to posting more again and more than before. There's been a lot of life stuff to deal with, a lot of plowing forward if you would. A lot of what we all do.

So I went back to school this year, yep going to college. What a trip. I'm about 3-4 weeks in and progressively adjusting to the demands, commitments and increasing challenges. I needed it, I needed something different. My career which is about 2 years young is going mind-blowingly well however it's not enough. If that's the right way to put it. There is a hole that needs to be filled and I continuingly make misguided attempts to fill it, even somewhat knowingly. However those misguided attempts do tend to bear fruit of their own. Even if seemingly they are completely irrelevant to anything meaningful.
There is a lot on the horizon here for me in the coming months and it'll be challenging but it'll work out well in the end. 🙂 Talk to ya'll in a few. Hopefully I be taking guitar lessons again soon and this song is number 1 on the list...
