Goals: short- and mid-term

This is a list I plan on working on for the next 6 months or so to keep track of my goals, what I accomplish, and I feel the need to add.

Short Term (3 month) goals

  1. Work out consistently: 4-5 times a week
  2. As a result of the above, lose 10-15 pounds. I'd set a higher weight goal, but for my frame and the type of excersise I'll be doing, I'll also gain quite a bit of muscle.
  3. Shave two inches off my waist.
  4. Obtain my MCP certification.
  5. Purchase a .45 caliber sidearm for protection, and take training/saftey courses to learn how to use/maintain it properly and accurately (now that I have my concealed carry permit).
  6. Get a REAL bed - instead of sleeping on the foam mattress pad I have now.

Mid-Term (6 month) goals

  1. Upgrade my TV to a 46", 1080p model.
  2. Purchase custom bowling equipment and enroll in a summer bowling league.
  3. Obtain the MCSA/MCSE certifications.
  4. Get Viper Productions back to where it used to be in the Spring/Summer of 2008.
  5. Get my nervous system deficiencies diagnosed and treated - I get strange, intense headaches, have trouble breathing after a moderate workout, and I suffer from nystagmus. Very fucking irritating.

Why do you care so much about what pictures other people are taking? It is in no way harming you. It's something silly, yeah, you could even call it stupid. Whatever. But in the end ... it's just a facial expression that people do.

You have an album that has lots of different facial expressions. Would you like people to comment on those and say how "douchebaggery" those can look?

And yeah, it's silly, I guess. Kind of retarded at the same time. Just like my blog. Yeah, you could even call it stupid.

Bluntness is one thing Mai, shitting on is another. You know I love ya, but damn you keep calling out the "young" age group like you aren't part of it, but in reality at 22, you very much are. You may have had to grow up dealing with serious shit more then they, but that's it. Do I think they are silly too, yea, but if that's what they want to do, who the fuck cares? To each their own.

One may prefer to refer to groups as age brackets. Said brackets become wider as one gets older. However, I would be uncomfortable with my younger sisters dating someone my age, as the ideals and thought processes of those 18 and 19 is very much different from those that are 22. That said, those in the 30s and 40s may qualify all under the age of 28 as a "kid" or something similar.

As you can see in the exhibited evidence that you posted above, the lips are not in the pouty position. The nose is wrinkled and the eye is squinted to an extent, as one would do so when winking, appearing to look candid, despite being self-taken.

This was not a post directed at anyone here, although certain pictures floating around the boards have reminded me of the phenomenon known as the scrunchy face, inspiring this post. < / end hyperbole >

Forgive me if anyone's day was ruined by the nonsensical musings of a bored Mairead.
