Ortho-Tri Cyclin Lo works great for me. I've had epically bad periods since 6th grade. That's worked the best. And it doesn't have any of those fucked up side effects. I was worried about weight gain, because I had just had my son and that one didn't have any of that shit in it.

I'd recommend Ortho-Tri-Cyclin too. No weight gain, keeps your skin relatively clear, and I didn't notice any moodiness or anything while I was on it either.
