What AOD said. Eating disorders in guys may be rarer than those in girls, but they still happen. And you're right, it tends to be the opposite with guys, meaning they want to gain pounds instead of lose them. Although there was this one kid on Dr. Phil who would exercise constantly because he was so terrified of getting fat. But it doesn't like yours is as extreme...if that's what it is, anyway. 😵 I do know that in eating disorders like anorexia, it usually isn't about weight at all, it's the feeling of being in control. Those with anorexia usually have something in their lives that they can't control so they turn to the one they can almost always control...food intake. So idk what's up, but that's my input.

Maybe if you'll force yourself to go back to exercising that apatic mood of yours will eventually go away. I guess trick here is to be physically active: if you exercise, then you get normal appetite and good functioning metabolism.
