The registration deadline for FROST is passed and the numbers are more or less in.
We're having between 28 and 35 people. The male to female ratio is going to be a little better than 2:1, which is phenomenal.
We have people coming in from NY state, Ottawa, St. Catharines and even freaking BC.
Just shy of half the folks attending have never attended a gathering before. Not counting the invite-only party we had last year, almost two-thirds, will be attending their first play party.
Almost all attendees are lurkers on the TMF, if they have an account at all.
The silent auction raffle has been advertised for less than 24 hours. We already have three volunteers.
The venue will be prepped this coming Sunday. Between then and now, all I have to do is answer questions and go over details. Beyond that, we just need to buy food, supplies and decorations.
People who need a place to stay all have places to stay. All that's left is to reservea place for brunch on Saturday morning.
It's set. It's all set and I still have two weeks to go.
And I couldn't be happier about that.
