In addition to my weight, which I'm trying to work on by giving up the cookies cold turkey, and eating only low fat sherbet
My migraines are increasing. I dont know if from my BP, nerves, or the shot wearing off.
I'm allowed to get the shot every 11 to 14 weeks.
11 weeks from the last shot on 9-27 is 12-13, I counted 77 days, or 11 weeks.
So today, I called the Doctor, and tried to make an appt.
I brought this up to the lady I spoke to on the phone, but she told me I had to wait until December 23 or three months.
I took that appointment, and will try to call back and push it up if this pain persists.
They also will not give me prescription pain meds, I think because of concern about addiction. They have given me prescription migraine meds before, and I've taken them as directed, but are refusing to this time.
I hope to God that by New Years this pain is gone.
Please end quietly, 2022, with my Dad and I being better with our health.
