When a person has to announce bold definitive statements about their growth, maturity, wisdom, do you think it's because others need convincing or that person needs convincing?
I mean, if it needs being said, let alone declared so vehemently, it must not be evident to those around them and if it is not evident in one's actions, how true could it be?
I am always suspicious of those who make such blatantly conclusive statements about aspects of self that are usually ever-evolving and intangible to begin with.
Everyone is multifaceted, but does that even need stating? lol
