awww I really like Speical K. Pete calls 'em Special K dead berries lol. Have you tried other kinds? I know they have cinnamon & pecan and blueberry too.

I can't do the work-out videos. So I mostly just lift weights, do sit-ups and push-ups. Sometimes I do run/jog, but it's rare anymore. And on occasion, I play football with a few friends.

I need a better work-out regime. LoL.
