It irks me to no end that young people feel like their entire lives are based on the present. They have to fall in love right now, saying they're "engaged" (how fucking lame), they want to spend their days partying rather than going to fucking school. My little sister is going through her little rebellious stage and I just want to smack her.
Like, ok, you want to be independent, but you don't want to get a degree, save money, or even show up for work on time. Good luck with that.
