This has been a very difficult week.
The situation that has been plaguing me for months, will hopefully finally be resolved.
This past week, I've had.. severe. crippling, headaches, that were so bad, they caused me to fall to the ground.
Unfortunately my neurologist is not in the office late in the week, so I had to wait until this morning to see him.
I was at my internist on Thursday night. Unfortunately, he said he was not able to help me, because he is not a specialist, and he advised me to deal with this situation with my neurologist.
I went to my neurologist office this morning.
Finally, I'm going to get an MRI/Brain Scan.
Getting an appointment at the imaging center can sometimes be a wait. However, my neurologist's office is going to call the center, and tell them I'm one of the office patients, and ask them to try to make me a very short term appointment to get this taken care of.
Hopefully by next week at the latest, I can get an appointment for a scan, and this can finally be resolved, after many painful months of seemingly almost constant paralyzing headaches, and dizzy spells.
I'm not even going to post what was written on the diagnosis of possible causes, because it has not happened yet, and I dont want to drive myself crazy before they find out what this is.
I'll post updates as needed.
Thanks for the support I've received with this situation.
Mitch
