I'm going to put this here, so it does not cause a stir on the main forum.
I've tried to do that more in the recent past.
Thankfully, I'm back online, so of course I've gotten back to the job search.
I was reading about a job, involving.. insurance claims. The job was for a claims adjuster. I'm "qualified" to do such a job, because of having my insurance license. Most salaried jobs involving insurance are either filing insurance claims, or underwriting insurance, but the job itself is a sidebar.
I swear.. one of the "tasks" listed for this job. was.
"Ability to climb ladders".
I was thinking to myself.
OMG do they know who they're dealing with.
And..
"Can I have a barefoot woman to go along with that, to help me"
With all the crap this week with my computer, it felt good to have a good laugh.
I have to read the actual job more closely before seeing if I would be the right fit.
I had never seen something like that in any job description before, especially when it involved "insurance claims"
Too funny LOL.
