Well I've finally made some headway into saving for my first trip to Philly for NEST 2010. I currently have just over $800 saved and set aside for the big weekend and now I'm counting down the days, weeks and months to the big weekend where I finally get the chance to experience it but more importantly, meet and get to know you all, or as many of you all as I can. 🙂
There is still some work to be done of course as I still want to meet some people before I go to NEST so that I'm not going in completely not having met anyone in real life and the other thing is how much I still need to save in order to have the best trip and experience possible.
Hopefully the first problem will be averted come late Feb when I go to my first Munch and finally meet some people, including a certain "Knight of the Assless Chaps" who I have wanted to meet for sometime but not for that reason. 😛
I'm still incredibly nervous about meeting even a handful of you all but at this point I'm making the effort to saving the money for it so I'm damn well committed to the cause!
Come NEST 2010, I hope anyone who reads this will seek me out, Big_Dogg85, and say hi.
