What an absolutely beautiful sentiment.
Frequently the feedback for The Great Tickle Trap has left me speechless and has quite frankly been more than any of us would have ever anticipated. It truly has been one of the most fulfilling experiences I have had as a publisher.

Look at Marvel, DC... all this great Comics did so many Crossovers. I know in the T-Comic World were allready a few one.
But so many different Chars in one Comic. One Story. So hot, and so great Art

I know I haven't been a member for as long as most. But what comics I have seen and read by all the great artists, I think the TGTT is going to blow them all away. The comic is not even done yet and I already want to see a sequel and more joint projects by this group.

I am on kind of a time crunch...otherwise I'd try to answer everyone individually. But I wanted to toss out a couple specific comments:
1.) Thanks for all the folks who loved the last Maggs/Lexi/Doc page! And thanks for picking up on the YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN references. You guys rock!
2.) Just thanks for all your support on this in general. We're having a lot of fun with it, and we really appreciate you all making each page an event.
3.) I kinda owe you all an apology. I’m gonna be away for about a week or so on a trip. And I really want to be here for when Andi’s first page gets posted...so I asked Jim if he’d mind putting that page on hold until NEXT Sunday. So you guys are gonna have to wait for Andi for just a little bit longer.
I sorreh. I promise she’s worth it. ;-)
But by way of saying I’m sorry I wanted to post a little Andi teaser. This is a sketch from an upcoming Bounce Chix project I am working on. I really liked the way it was coming out, so much so that it created a little story in my head. Andi’s so worried about her upcoming appearance in The GREAT TICKLE TRAP that she’s having a ticklish nightmare in anticipation. Poor girl - she has such an active imagination. ^^;;;
I hope the sketch tickles your fancy (I know it certainly tickled Andi’s). And I’ll be back before you can say “Cat in the Hat”. Thanks for having so much fun with us on TGTT, and start getting excited about Andi.
Well, maybe not quite as excited as she is, though.

Andi’s Screaming Dream:
One minute she’s lying there, to-do lists buzzing through her head like humming birds on crank. She tosses left. Tosses right. Finds that perfect spot on the pillow. Pulls up the sheet. And the next minute, sleep takes Andi into it’s soft grip.
All the tension of the day melts off. Her muscles unclench, sinking into the mattress. She shuffles her bare feet against each other, guiltily succumbing to the siren’s call of slumber’s comfort.
Everything that seemed so important in daylight drains from her conscious mind. Sleeping eyes begin to flutter with the dancing cabaret that only comes to us in shadow. Two or three worries scuttle across the ceiling chirping their annoying chirp, yellow eyes flickering like starlight. A fantasy saunters slowly past the bed, idly letting its long hair brush her sleeping body. Even a doubt pokes its head from under the bed, sighing in a low growl, tugging ineffectively at the comforter.
Andi’s brow furrows, an occasionally frown crosses her pink lips, she breaths deeply and snores sweetly every so often, watching the absurdist play that has no beginning, or end...only the stream of bizarre images that we call dreams. It is a sleep like any other...until...
A small furry fret curls up at her ankle, nuzzling against an unprotected foot. The wicked sensation travels up her toned legs, her alluring torso, into her head, reaching that small part of ourselves we simply do not reach in daylight. The part we can not access willingly. The part that knows everything about us. Even the stuff we do not admit to ourselves.
A tremor courses through her. A shiver, both delighting and tormenting. And a new shape appears in the room. A shape that she has not named. One that she never could. It only comes so rarely. But she knows why it’s here. They both know why it’s here. The fret jumps nervously off the bed, tail tucked firmly, whimpering as it disappears into the ether.
Andi frowns, trying so hard not to smile as the nightmare get closer. She doesn’t want to smile. She wants to run. To wake up. To go back to the unimportant nuance of normal nocturne. But now her awareness is crystal clear. No flying wishes, or hovering hopes to distract her. Only the thing. The one thing. It has come for her again.
Who knows what summoned it. A clumsy memory bumping into a hidden desire? A philanderous phobia flirting with a perverse proclivity? Either way. It is here. So, her breathing gets deeper. And as the thing in the room pulls the sheet down off of her helpless body, Andi tries so hard not to smile.
Andi would move if she could. She swears she would. But she can’t. In an instant it’s as if she were tied. Bound. Paralyzed. It doesn’t matter anyway. All that matters is that thing can do anything it wants to. And there’s nothing she can do to stop it. But that god damn smile won’t go away. Her eyes clamp tighter. Her eyebrows furrow deeper. But her lips part, revealing her perfect white teeth as she smiles in reluctant horror.
Cold steel from a knife touches the freckled skin of her belly. But this thing doesn’t want to cut her. It’s for her clothes. A teasing caress of cold air is enough to let her know that whatever she was wearing is gone. The terribly clicking noise of long nails fills the air, so sharp they could rend flesh from the bone. But those nails are not going to hurt her. Those nails are for something far more sinister.
A shy chortle escapes from her smiling lips. She may have even begged in vain. It doesn’t matter. She knows what’s coming. Andi’s body is completely bare. She can’t move an inch. This evil thing could do absolutely anything it wants to her...but she knows exactly what it has in mind. A secret kept in that deepest part of her heart. The one thing that she would be most afraid of tonight. Out of everything it could do, how could it be so cruel, so wicked, so knowing to do...that?
A long nail lightly touches down on her skin. Scratching devilishly against her high arch. Feeling its way around that small target, knowing it’s only a matter of seconds. Andi’s smile opens wide. She fights it with every inch of herself. But when a throaty cackle roars forth from within her she knows as well as it does that she is finished.
Light touches descend, coaxing her skin to come alive. Her nerves jump and respond. Her body bucks and wiggles. And much to her blushing terror she laughs. She laughs so loud it seems impossible. Each torturous caress that glides across her peels howls of surrender from her aching chest.
The dark thing giggles at her frustration, her confusion, her confession. Watching her submit more and more to the shameful feeling, its touch becomes more intimate. Fingers, feathers, fuzzy instruments of torture and titillation play upon her entire naked body while she squeals to furious heights. All the time professing her innocence. All the time try so hard not to smile. Laugh. And grow increasingly warmer, as a fire lit from within.
Andi swears it says the word to her. Teases her with it as she writhes. As if the word itself had power over her. As if saying it made her feel it even more. With each nail stroke. And with each scream of laughter it draws from her naked bucking body. She hears it. Tickle. Tickle.
Never could she ask for this. Never would she want to. No dream or imagination could do this to her. No forbidden fantasy or heated hallucination could ever be this wicked to her. No manifestation of her conscious mind would take such fiendish advantage.
But this is her nightmare. And it will be long. It will be wet. And in the morning when her friends ask her how she slept...
...she will try not to smile.

I... did not intend to read that story until later... Damn it... It didn't quite work out as I planned. Bandito, you are a terrible person in the best possible way. I do hope you have fun on your trip, but I do hope your nightmares compare to Andi's. Then again, you will likely enjoy them far more than Andi seems to, so think of it as an extended birthday present from your girls.
