There is a much more efficient way of doing that: You're just getting a VN you're interested in, grabbing all the text with a text hooker by switching a VN into skip mode (or even extracting scripts if you know how to do that) and searching for keywords with any text editor.

Hi everyone for to long we are wating for good stuff to show up but got nothing, we are like hungry coyote in the desrte waiting for good food to comme. for years all you waiting for good content to come and in the end never see what you would like to see. so why dont we try make it ? There is a lot of caracters we would like to see tickle in some situation (in manga and in comics) we drame of, so why dont we ask for some commission to desingners who are skill to draw like the in the real manga and comics we like or even real one who work for them (ex: one piece , dc comic,marvel and other), on tiwtter and intagrame we can fine some of them, most of them or not that well pay so i dont think they will spit on some litte more money from commission, but we have to be carfull to not ask like it's for a fetish scene content we dont want to scear them better instead ask like it's for a prank scene, like the caracter is trap in a tickle prank, they will be more abole to accept that way and for hid any speculation of tickle fetish we can ask for more then one. for exemple in one piece manga there is some time some cover page (ex:nami cove page chapter 845) with a caracter on some situation, it's not hard do draw it's in black and white so not expensive, so we can ask for like three of them including'an tickle situation the three of them can cover a them for hid the fact that we want a tickle scene that way we can finily get the stuff we want, wis the senario we want, jute have to fine the good desingners and convince them and wen it's done it will be cool to post it in here for sharing it to all

One piece animle them idee:
(Cover like one piece 845 with nami)
1) luffy dress up like a military general yelling orders to some bugs who look like not to care
2) sanji in the kitshen fighting a angry octopuse who dont want to by cook, the octopus is in a pot on a cooking fire who launches kitchen knives and eversing next to him(selt, ingerdiant food) to sanji, sanji his protect is self with a pot lid and a ladle, asking him self how this situetion it is possible
3) nami have ben captured by three tanouki she got her armes attached above her head one tanouki his tickling her arm pit with a feather the second his tickling her feets with a feather and the third his yell at her whlie show her a tresor map ,she laughing hystercally with thears

In one piece chapter 711 to page 2 at page 6 robin ben captured by tontatta, we can make some litte change in the scene like:
She's ben captured by the tontatta she playing dead to not attrack attantion for escape late, she late them finish they little investigation on her. but below wile they take of her boots for investigate in it, minwile there is a tatontta with a goofy look on his face is aproching robin barefeet and decid to take a feather and stat tickling her feet for goofing that stop her in her thinking she try to resiting a littel(the pictures in the right in page 2) than she carked and burst out laughing that alerted all the totatta ( the picture in the left of page 2) leon see the goofy tontatta tickling her feet and take the oportunity to start to interroget her and they we contu to page 6 basically it's juts changing some of her facial exprecion to laughing and draw 1 or 2 image of the tontatta tickling her feet
We can alos replace robin by nami but ther will be mutch work to do

In the chapter 429 of fairy tail lucy get allmost tickle by a goat we can swap her wis erza who ther will by tickle by the goat, like she play tough she say she can take every torture, but wen the goat sart linking her feet she laughing beging to stop it

Man i get so turned on by evil/serious/badass girls getting tickled. I think its my biggest kink, dont care if its furry or not.

totally get where you're coming from but I think it's against the rules to keep posting four times in a row, might want to put in all of that in one post. Also while I like your ideas they're quite lengthy and since I'm not into feet I'd probably not help pay for a commission of that.
I like your thinking though, waiting for a tickle scene we want to see that never actually comes is depressing and I like that you are actually thinking of new ways around it. Commissions and AI art is bascially the ONLY way I see what I want to see these days. I HIGHLY recommend novelai for anime pics, sure you gotta pay but it's worth it.
Thank god they included it, I am beyond excited to see Darkness tickled. They don't specify where they tickled Darkness in the novel, and the only exposed part is her feet and I'm not sure how they would tickle her body while it's wrapped up so...

not to be a pessimist but a part of the preview showed megumin doing something to her face so im hoping it's not just face tickling
Thats just the set up for why shes wrapped up in blankets, to test how long she can stand the heat. Megumin uses ice to cool her down.
