I can't imagine there will be any guaranteed way to session without there being a possibility of spreading it. Your best bet would be to wait and adhere to social distancing guidelines, they are there for a reason. If you want to take on the risk then you'll have to just accept what that risk...

I just make sure to have other things that I find fulfilling in my life. I would rather find fulfillment in the things I can kind of control in my life as opposed to things I can't. Tickling play becomes a bonus on top of the things I already enjoy.
